This is the Plaintiffs' Chamber Summons for amendment. The Chamber Summons is allowed.

In addition, once the 1st Defendant, Amazon India, discloses the address of the 2nd Defendant as per its records, the 1st Defendant will be allowed to be deleted as a party-Defendant to the Suit and the suit will continue as against the 2nd Defendant then being the sole Defendant to the Suit.

Amendment to be carried out by 7th April 2017. 4.

The future deletion of the 1st Defendant is also permitted by this order and the Plaintiffs need not apply once again for deletion of the name of the 1st Defendant. Mr Khandeparkar for the 1st Defendant states that he will supply the necessary information by 31st March 2017. Therefore, by 7th April 2017 the amendment of deleting the 1st Defendant's name will also be carried out. 5.

Affidavit of Service to be filed in the Registry. 6.

The Chamber Summons is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
