The learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that she received instructions from her client to make an appropriate application for transfer of decree to the District Court at Aurangabad for execution. She submits that the Plaintiff will file an appropriate Application within four weeks from today. Same is accepted.

If such an Application is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Registry is directed to take appropriate steps to transfer the decree to the concerned court for execution.
