Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant undertakes to have the Company Application numbered within one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. This Company Application has been filed for condoning delay of 72 days in filing the requisite documents before the Registrar of Companies.

I have perused the affidavit in support of the Company Pg 1 of 2

954.cal.172.2016.doc Application. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the delay is condoned and the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which reads as under: "(a) That the delay of 72 days in filing the requisite documents be condoned;

(b) That the Applicant be permitted to file/ reupload INC 28 and/or such other forms as may be required along with the requisite documents in terms of the order dated 16th October, 2015 (the "Order") with the Registrar of Companies, within period of 30 days of the receipt of this order and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs be directed to register the forms filed pursuant to direction of this Hon'ble Court and also order that such filing / uploading of INC 28 shall be in compliance with section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 with relevance the order dated 16th October, 2015."

The Company Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
