---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 18.8.2016 P.C.:- This Notice of Motion is to set aside the order dated 19.1.2016 passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, rejecting the petition under Rule-986 of the High Court (O.S) Rules. The time to remove office objection was granted upto and including 9.2.2016. According to the affidavit in support, the only objection that requires to be removed was non payment of court fees. It is stated that by the time they could arrange court fees, they were informed by the Advocate that the petition has been rejected. Mr.R.D.Pawar-General Manager and authorized signatory of the petitioners is present in court and undertakes to pay the court fees on or before 22.8.2016. Undertaking accepted. In view thereof, the order dated 19.1.2016 is set aside and the petition is restored to file. KJ

NMS861.16-947 It is made clear that if the court fees is not paid on or before 22.8.2016 and if there are any other office objections and the same are not removed on or before 22.8.2016, the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
