Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. Except for Defendant Nos.7 and 14, none appear for the Defendants, though served. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Plaintiffs to amend the Plaint as given in Schedule A along with this Chamber Summons and the consequential amendment be allowed in the Plaint and the Chamber Summons be made absolute;

(b)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 195 days ssp 1/2

chs 329 of 2017 (931).sxw in taking out this Chamber Summons for interest of justice;" 2.
