The Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Petitioners are seeking direction to the Respondents to provide grant-in-aid to the Petitioner's school as per the grant-in-aid code as amended from time to time for primary education. 3.

On going through the issues raised in the Petition, we find that there is no order of rejection of the prayer made by the Vishal 1/2

204-wp-2171-2000 Petitioners' schools. In such circumstances, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh application before the Competent Authority of the Respondent for redressal of their grievances. In case of such application submitted by the Petitioners, the Competent Authority shall examine the same and pass appropriate reasoned order on the same as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of such application.
