The learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that the disputes between the parties have been settled and as a result in Appeal No.460 of 2013 in Arbitration Petition No.1334 of 2012, parties have filed Consent Terms. These Consent Terms inter alia provide for withdrawal of the present suit by the Plaintiff within 14 days of the filing of those Consent Terms. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the suit.
