CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM, J.
DATE : 6TH MARCH, 2017 P.C.
The counsel appearing for the applicant in both notices of motion seeks leave to withdraw the notices of motion. Both the notices of motion dismissed as withdrawn. The counsel seeks liberty to take out fresh notice of motion if there is any change in circumstance. In my view, such a liberty is not required since it is open for any party to approach the Court should the circumstances warrant.
