Heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support. The counsel for applicant states that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- instead of Rs.10,000/- as directed earlier with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay during the course of this week. Statement accepted.

In view of this statement made, petition is restored to file. Application accordingly stands disposed.

If this amount is not deposited on or before 12th June 2018, the petition will stand dismissed once again and will not be restored on any ground whatsoever.
