The Consent Terms are signed by the Authorized Signatory of the Petitioner, Respondent No.2 for self and on behalf of Respondent No.1 and by Respondent No.3. The Advocates for the parties have also signed the Consent Terms. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. As agreed by and between the parties, the passport of Respondent No.2 shall be retained by this Court until the last installment is paid as per the Consent Terms to the Petitioner.
