CHSW. 167-16 affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the delay of 320 days caused in taking out the chamber summons is condoned and the Applicants are allowed to bring on record the names of legal heirs of the petitioner. Chamber summons is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (a). Amendment to be carried out within four weeks.
