Cheques in favour of the Petitioners Nos. 1 to 11, 13, 22, 26 and 34 for transit rent up to August 2023 are handed over to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners in Court today. On behalf of Respondent No. 6, the present/new developer, it is stated that Petitioners Nos. 18, 27, 28 and 35 have not been found to be eligible. However, if the eligibility process is decided in their favour, they will receive transit rent on parity with all other eligible persons. 2.

These are the only 12 Petitioners who are continuing in Petition. The others have been deleted for pursuing the previous orders.

There remains the allegation of redevelop/rehab premises. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners will take necessary instructions.
