The chamber summons is to bring on record the respondents as legal heirs of defendant no.2. Defendant no.2 expired on 16th June 2017 and the chamber summons has been lodged on 3rd March 2017, well within time. Mr.D'silva for the applicant states that all the respondents have been served and undertakes to file affidavit of service within two weeks. Mr.Shringare for defendant no.1 has no objection.

The respondents have neither filed any reply opposing the chamber summons nor present today to oppose the chambers summons. Having considered the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
