Further to the order dated 2nd May 2018, the counsel for the company states that the company has advertised the withdrawal of the petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 10th May 2018. In the affidavit of one Imtiyaz Khan affirmed on 1st June 2018, only a cutting is annexed. Shri Sawant for respondent company states that he has personally seen the newspaper advertisement of 10th May 2018. In view of this statement made by the counsel, the affidavit is accepted. The counsel for respondent company states that they have not received any claim or objection from any party. Shri Champawat for petitioner also states that petitioner has not received any claim or objection from any party. In these circumstances, the petitioner dismissed as withdrawn.
