This Chamber Summons is for amendment of the arbitration application by which the applicant seeks quashing of the arbitration proceedings. By the proposed amendments the applicant seeks to bring the subsequent event of conclusion of the arbitration proceedings and passing of the award on record. In view of the arbitral award the application has in fact become infructuous. The applicant needs to adopt independent proceedings for challenging the award. The Chamber Summons is therefore dismissed.
