Be that as it may, under an order passed by this Court, the management of the first respondent is vested in an adhoc committee. Further, as per the order dated 14th March, 2019 passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 4235 of 2014, no Court other than the Supreme Court can proceed with any matter pertaining to a State Cricket Association which is a member of B.C.C.I.
