This interim application seeks condonation of delay in filing proof of debt affidavit by the applicant who was former employee of the company in liquidation. On behalf of the liquidator the learned prosecutor submits to orders of the court. In view thereof I pass the following order : (i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). (ii) Adjudication shall be completed within a period of two months from today.
