Issues have been framed since 12th December, 2014 in this suit. Case management directions for filing affidavit of evidence as also documents were passed on that date. That having not been complied extension of time was given on 13th March, 2015. These facts came to be recorded on 27th March, 2015 and the suit was kept for dismissal unless the case management directions were complied. The suit reached hearing again on 22nd April, 2015. It was observed that it was liable for dismissal and adjourned for the last time to 3rd July, 2015 for dismissal unless the case management directions again passed on 25th November, 2014 were followed prior to that date. The suit has reached hearing well after the date

S.823/2010(11) given to the plaintiff. The plaintiff still has not given its instructions to its Advocate. Plaintiff's Advocate applies for time. Application is rejected.
