Parties have arrived at a settlement. Learned counsel for the parties tender Minutes of Decree on Admission dated 11 th July, 2018 signed by the plaintiffs who are present in Court and duly identified by their Advocate. The Minutes of Decree on Admission taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Minutes are also signed by the defendants Advocate upon instructions. However, since defendant was not yet present in Court the matter was kept back. 2.

Later : Defendant no. 2 is present in person. He confirms having executed the consent terms. The contents has been explained to him by the Advocate for the defendant. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

905-sj-25-2018 (i) There will be an order in terms of the Minutes of decree on Admission.

(ii) Undertaking is accepted.

(iii) Commercial Summary Suit No. 166 of 2018 is disposed of in terms of the Minutes, (iv) In view of the disposal of the Suit No. 166 of 2018 Summons for Judgment No. 25 of 2018 does not survive. Accordingly, Summons for Judgment is also disposed of.
