The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the mutation entry has already been recorded in the name of the petitioner on 17th April 2018 and as such the substantial grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. So far as the issue relating to the payment of the unearned income is concerned, the petitioner shall have liberty to raise appropriate challenge at an appropriate stage, if the occasion arises.
