Mr. Pereira tenders draft amendment to the suit. He submits that since the entire cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of Mumbai, no leave is required under Clause XII of the Letters Patent Act. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, I pass the following order :- (i) Leave to amend granted in terms of the draft handed in and marked "X" for identification.

(ii) Amendment to be carried out on or before 23 rd April 2021. Re-verification is dispensed with.
