Challenging the orders dated 12.7.2006 Exhibit. D, letter date 16.8.2006 Exhibit G, demand notice dated 15.10.2016 Exhibit. F and the recovery notice dated 16.11.2016 Exhibit G issued by the respondents, petitioner has filed this petition. 3.

During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit a detailed representation with supporting documents in regard to their grievance to the aforesaid letters and demand notice stating therein that the completion of the building took place in the year 2001 and also submit the documents to show that the legally payable annual rent is being paid by the petitioner before the

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation as aforesaid with supporting documents within four weeks from today. On receipt of the said representation, the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Forest department of the State Government shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

Till petitioner's representation is decided, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner for recovery of the amount as mentioned in the demand notice.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall continue to pay annual lease rent as per the terms and conditions of the agreement.
