Mr. Devani for petitioner states that further to the order dated 4th December 2017, he has given advertisement in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 5th December 2017 and also in Maharashtra Government Gazette about the proposed withdrawal of the petition. On record is an affidavit of one Milind Nagothkar affirmed on 20th December 2017. Mr. Devani states that he has not received any claim or any communication from any party opposing withdrawal. Statement accepted. In the circumstances, Company petition is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly disposed.

The Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to refund Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
