The Court Receiver's Report shows that there is compliance with the order dated 17th February, 2021 as representative of the Court Receiver along with Plaintiff No.2 has visited the Suit premises on 20th February, 2021 at 12.00 noon and 1/2

4-crr-214-2021.doc fixed the Court Receiver's board outside the Suit flat under intimation to the Secretary of the Society and has taken symbolic possession of the Suit premises.

The Court Receiver has accordingly complied with the order dated 17th February, 2021.

The Court Receiver's Report is disposed of.

The Interim Application shall be placed on 5th April, 2023 at 2.30 p.m., First on Board.
