The learned Counsel for the parties tenders a Consent Terms executed between the parties to the Suit on 31st July, 2019. Clause 1.2 of the Consent Terms records an undertaking by Defendant No.1 to pay the settlement amount to the Plaintiff within 10 (ten) business days from the date of acceptance of these Consent Terms by this Court. The Plaintiff in turn undertakes that upon receipt of the settlement amount, it shall acknowledge receipt of the same by addressing a letter to the Advocate for Defendant No.1 within 3 (three) working days from the date of the receipt of the amount. The Undertakings are treated as undertakings to this Court and are accepted.

Accordingly, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of Court Fees in accordance with Rules. 3.

The date of this order shall be treated as date of application for refund of Court Fees.
