Heard learned counsel for the secured creditor i.e. International Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited (I.A.R.C.) and the counsel for the petitioner and have perused the averments made in the Official Liquidator's Report and also affidavit in reply filed by the I.A.R.C. and more particularly paragraphs 5 and

6. The Official Liquidation is directed to call for the bids of both the properties i.e. Gat Nos.37 and 38 at Khamgaon, district Buldana. In view of the no objection of the I.A.R.C. in the reply to Official Liquidator's Report for selling the land bearing Gat Nos.37 and 38, 1/2
