Ms. Kaku further states that liberty be granted to petitioner to withdraw this petition and lodge their claim with the Official Liquidator. Ms. Kaku states that if at all this order of winding up of respondent is set aside, liberty be granted to petitioner to revive this petition. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberties as sought.
