The counsel further states that after the issues were settled on 28.11.2014, the plaintiffs were directed file their list of witnesses, affidavit in lieu of examination in chief of the first witness together with compilation of documents and serve a copy thereof upon the defendants on or before 15.01.2015. We are on 23.09.2015 and the counsel for the defendants, on instructions, states that the plaintiffs have not complied with the directions even today.

Nobody is present for the plaintiffs. In the circumstances, the suit stand disposed for want of prosecution.
