In the interest of justice, I am inclined to restore the petition. The counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within three weeks from today. The petition restored. The notice of motion accordingly disposed.
It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within three weeks from today, the petition will stand dismissed without reference to the Court and no application for restoration or further extension of time will be entertained.
