The application is made by The Maharashtra Executor & Trustee Company Pvt Ltd as the constituted attorney of one Sucheta Anant Khare. It relates to a Will said to have been left by one Madhav Gajanan Sahasrabudhe, the father of Sucheta Khare, the deceased husband of the 1st Respondent, Malati, and the father of the 2nd and 3rd Respondent, Jayshree and Saroj. The application is that 1st and 2nd Respondent Malati and Jayshree must accept or renounce executorship conferred on them under the Will dated 25th October 2011. A provision is made that Malati would be the Executor and, failing her, Jayshree would the Executor. I am 16th April 2018
26-MPT172-17.DOC informed that Malati is not only aged but is unwell and will not be in a position to attend to such affairs. Her renunciation is accepted. 2.
Jayshree, the 2nd Respondent, states that she will apply for and obtain Probate to the Will of 25th October 2011. Jayshree agrees and undertakes that she will make the necessary Application/Petition within a period of 12 weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms. There will be no costs.
