Ms. Joshi seeks leave to withdraw all chamber summons and execution applications.

Wherever warrant has been issued, claimant shall within 72 hours inform the concerned authority/department that the execution applications have been withdrawn and the warrant need not be executed and/or any warrant is executed, the arrestee shall be released forthwith and refund the bail amount, if any, deposited.
