The Plaintiff in the present Suit has taken out the Chamber Summons for amending the cause title of the Suit. The Defendantcompany's name has been changed to Tata Steel Limited. The Plaintiff seeks to amend the plaint, so as to substitute the Defendant's name by the new name. Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses- (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Reverification is dispensed with. Commercial Suit to come up on Board for marking of documents on 19 April 2018.
