Having regard to the order dated 11-11-2016 it is not necessary for the Applicants to file the above Notice of Motion as the said order does not contemplate the dismissal of the above Arbitration Petition for default if office objections are not removed.

However, the fact remains that inspite of time granted, the office objections are not removed as yet. Hence the Applicants are granted time of 4 weeks as a last chance to take appropriate steps in respect of the removal of office objections if steps are not taken within 4 weeks, then the above Arbitration Petition would stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court.
