2] The appellants are aggrieved by the interim order passed in favour of the respondent - original plaintiffs. This order was challenged by the defendants in this appeal. While admitting the appeal, no interim relief was granted by the learned Single Judge. 3] The said order granting interim reliefs in favour of the plaintiff

YBG 240-app-151-10 is continued for a period of seven years. In our view, therefore, it would be appropriate if this order is continued till disposal of the suit. We are informed that the suit is kept for final hearing. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed. However, all contentions of the appellant and respondents are kept open. Hearing of suit is expedited.
