The limited prayer of the Petitioner in the Petition is as follows: "That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 23rd March 2015, made by the Petitioner, in respect of the flat No.B/101 lying and situate at first floor in the building known as Surendra Apartment, lying and situate at Kanta Surendra Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Hira Nagar, Nahur Road, Mulund (West), Mumbai- 400 080."
