Present Interim Application No.274 of 2023 seeks an amendment to the Schedule of Assets annexed to Testamentary Petition No.1105 of 2018 filed for Letters of Administration of the properties and effects of one Yoginder Sachdev.

This Court by order dated 27 th October 2021 was pleased to grant Letters of Administration to the Applicant/Petitioner. LGC

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that due to inadvertence and oversight one of the properties in which the deceased had 50% share was left out from being included in the Schedule of Assets. In view thereof, the present Interim Application for amendment has been filed. 4.

I have heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant. I have also perused a copy of the said Interim Application and I find that the same is in order and deserves to be allowed.

Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under :- "(a) the Amendment in the Grant of Letters of Administration be allowed as per the Schedule annexed at Exhibit "B" to this Interim Application."
