Mr. Bhagat states, on instructions, that the Plaintiff is agreeable to the statement and undertaking given by Defendants Nos. 1 to 4 on the previous occasion.

In view thereof, Mr. Bhagat states that he does not press prayer clause (f) in the Suit, viz., the claim for damages. Parties agree that the entire Suit may be disposed of with an order and decree in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d).

The statements made by the Defendants and previously taken on record are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 4.
The Suit itself is disposed of in these terms. Drawn up decree dispensed with. Refund of Court Fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

In view thereof, the Notice of Motion does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
