After these writ petitions were argued for sometime and we were disinclined to grant any relief in writ jurisdiction so

suresh 918-WPG-1858.2017.doc also to continue the ad-interim order dated 15-3-2017, passed in Writ Petition No.1858 of 2017, on instructions, Mr. Mishra, counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to pursue the claims against the Life Insurance Corporation of India in appropriate proceedings. Leave is granted. The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed. No costs.
