Perused the Report. Though, the order appointing the Court Receiver has been passed by this Court on 25th November, 2014, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has not lodged the order with the Office of the Court Receiver. In view thereof, the Court Receiver has taken out the above Report seeking discharge in the matter. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks two weeks time to lodge the order dated 25th November, 2014 with the Court Receiver. In view thereof, the Advocate for the Petitioner is allowed to lodge the order with the office of the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from today. The Petitioner shall also pay costs of this Report within a period of two weeks from today. The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 1/1
