By consent of the plaintiff's advocate the Court Receiver stands discharged as the decree has been passed since 2003. The Court Receiver shall handover possession of the mortgaged property to the plaintiff upon payment of the Court Receiver's costs, charges and expenses and without rendering accounts as also payment of the valuers fees, if any, and on payment of costs of this report fixed at Rs.3,000/-.

The Court Receiver shall handover balance amount, if any, remaining with the Court Receiver after deduction of the aforesaid charges to the plaintiff.
