The Court Receiver came to be appointed under the order dated 11th April, 2000. Thereafter the Court Receiver was directed not to take any steps to sell the shares under order dated 26th June, 2000. Thereafter the Court Receiver was directed to handover shares to the Court Receiver appointed in New Delhi under the order dated 18th April, 2007 which he has complied. The Court Receiver, therefore, acted in this suit from 11th April, 2000 to 18th April, 2007. The suit has been withdrawn under the order dated 23rd March, 2009. The Court Receiver stood discharged and or from 18th April, 2007 itself. The order of discharge has not been passed. Hence the Court Receiver is discharged upon payment of his costs, charges and expenses by the plaintiff for the work done from 11th April, 2000 to 18th April, 2007. The plaintiff shall pay the cost of this report fixed at Rs.3,000/- also.
