The Secretary of Defendant No. 1 Society is present in Court. He has informed the Court that Defendant No. 1 Society has no objection if the Court Receiver after taking possession of flat No. 304 hands over the same to Defendant No. 2 - Mr. Ravindra Dattaram Ghag. In view thereof, the Court Receiver is directed to take possession of flat No. 304 from the Plaintiff and handover the same to Defendant No. 2 - Mr. Ravindra Dattaram Ghag. All the documents required to be executed by and between the parties, shall be executed in the presence of the Court Receiver and / or his representative within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. Thereafter, the Court Receiver shall stand discharged without passing accounts. However, the Plaintiff shall pay cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver and shall also pay the cost of the above report within a period of two
