Respondent no.1 is stated to be present in the Court. It is stated by Mr. Maurya, learned counsel that vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 would be filed in the office within a week from today. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Order (Consent Terms) which states that award dated 27 February, 2020 passed by the learned sole arbitrator, subject matter of the present petition, stands set aside. Parties have also confirmed that they have no claim against each other. They have also withdrawn all allegations as made against each other. The consent order is signed by the petitioner Mr. Rajesh Shantilal Sanghvi, respondent no.1 Mr. Sharad Jayantilal Mehta and respondent no.2 Mrs.Manisha Sharad Mehta. Learned advocates for the respective parties have also signed the consent order. There is no dispute in regard to the signatures appearing on the consent order. The consent order is accordingly taken on record and marked "X"
