Learned counsel for the appellant placed on record the document indicating that the appellant company which was registered on 3 November 2015 is dissolved and ceases to exist as such therefore, the appeal has become infructuous. In view of this, the bank guarantee furnished by the respondents in pursuance of the interim order dated 4 September 2006 passed in this appeal would be required to be discharged and is accordingly discharged.

Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
