The adoption is of a male minor, Arjun by two Spanish Nationals, Jorge Fernandez Palmero's Panish maria Rubiio Higueras.

The minor was born on 9th January 2013. He is declared legally free for adoption.

Mr Kapoor tenders a compilation of Income Tax declaration, bank references, financial documents and a child care arrangement plan. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with 21st March 2018
