This application seeks condonation of 3 days delay in filing the accompanying Appeal from the order dated 4th January, 2017 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (the Tribunal).

We have perused the Affidavit of the applicant in support of the Motion. The delay of 3 days in filing the accompanying Appeal is condoned and four weeks time is granted to remove office objections.

Needless to state that, if the office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks from today, the Appeal would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
