This appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution on 12th November, 2009. It was restored on 29th June, 2010 by an order of a Division Bench of this court in Notice of Motion No. 1520 of 2010.

The appellants and the advocates were aware that this matter appeared on board on 26th September, 2016 and 3rd October, 2016. None of them appeared on those dates. Their names are correctly displayed on board. That is how it was placed for "dismissal" today. Today also none appears for them. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
