This chamber summons is for leave to amend the plaint as per the schedule annexed to the chamber summons consequent to the demise of defendant no.4. The plaintiff is seeking deletion of the name of defendant no.4. It is also stated that defendant nos.5 and defendant no.6 are the L.Rs. of defendant no.4 and therefore no new party is required to be added. Having heard the counsel for the plaintiff and considered the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the chamber summons is allowed in Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
