The petition is filed inter alia for a direction to the respondent Revenue to furnish the reasons recorded in support of the reopening Notice dated 24th March, 2015. Mr. Gupta, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner states that the reasons have now been furnished to the petitioner by the Revenue.
