Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 24.11.2017 passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee in petitioner's Application (L) No. 69 of 2017 whereby rejecting the petitioner's prayer for grant of interim relief and fixing the date of final hearing of the matter in usual course, the petitioner has filed this petition. 2.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that no case is made out to interfere with the interim order passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee. However, we grant liberty to the nilegaonkar 1/2
20-wpl-769.2018.odt petitioner to move an application before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee for making the request for early hearing of the matter which is pending before it. We further observe that if such application is filed, the said Committee shall consider the same and take appropriate decision taking into account all the facts and circumstances of the case.
